Alojamiento perfecto. Con salida a la piscina. Zona muy tranquila. Personal súper amable y atento.

Lo único mejorable sería la conexión wiffi que no funciona muy bien.

cuando hicimos la reserva me esperaba otra cosa . Las habitaciones súper sucias la ducha con pelos la pared sucia tuve q reclamar y tuvieron que venir a volver a limpiar... aún así no se mataron mucho... la puerta del balcón q salía ala piscina se descolgó del mal estado q estaba ...el buffet súper escaso y no muy apetecible ... la verdad q no lo recomendaría para nada ...

Que teníamos parking para la moto.

Primero, cuando lleguemos al hotel, me dijeron que tenia que pagar y ya yo había pagado, me querían cobrar del doble, luego, ya eran las 14:30pm y nos hicieron esperar un rato porque la habitación no estaba lista, además, tuvimos que dejar un depósito de 1000bath. Entramos en la habitación, y era horrible, habían hormigas por todos lados que se me metieron por la ropa y en la maleta, un asco. El baño lleno de moho y la ducha goteaba por fuera. Habíamos cogido habitación con acceso a la piscina porque lo vimos ideal pero fue horrible, habían niños en la piscina y nos despertaban temprano, además, limpian tan temprano que un día me despertaron a las 5 de la mañana con ruidos moviendo camas y muebles. Y ya lo peor de todo, es que me dijeron que tenia que pagar extra por limpiar las toallas, 100bath por toalla, eso fue increíble, porque jamas me habían dicho que tenía que pagar la limpieza, ellos estaban buscando excusas para cobrarnos de más en algo y quedarse los 1000bath En conclusión, no volvería al hotel ni que me lo regalaran, y además, tenía ganas de irme desde el segundo día porque queríamos un hotel para descansar del día ajetreado y no pudimos y encima nos trataron fatal, una experiencia horrible, no vayan y que no te ciegue lo de acceso a la piscina porque solo vas a tener gente molestando en tu ventana. La peor experiencia en un hotel de mi vida.

La piscina súper accesible, nada más salir de la habitación. la habitación era bonita y amplia.

Los azulejos de la ducha y las juntas de la ducha estaban bastante negras (suciedad) y el wc a penas tragaba.

Everything was fine. Breakfast good and varied. Staff pleasant and helpful. Super room service and surprisingly cheap for us. The rooms are stylish, spacious and cozy. Comfortable beds and the entrance to the pool directly from the terrace of each room was great. In the evening, the hotel was beautifully lit up in a romantic way, the hotel environment was simply pleasant. ... For the given price, I can definitely recommend it.

The location is a bit further from the center, which we knew in advance. (drop-offs to the beach during the day are fine)

The staff went over and above to make every aspect of our stay comfortable and lovely. Ping at the front desk is amazing and nothing was too much trouble, she is the best! There is a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach, the Landmark Night Market, and a few other stops every 3 or so hours and that makes getting to and from the hotel pretty painless. The rooms are very sizeable and comfortable. The biggest highlight is definitely the pool. All rooms have direct access to the pool. The downstairs rooms have built-in seating in the pool and are definitely worth the little bit extra for a downstairs room.

The only small issue I could point to would be that the bathrooms could have used a bit of a more robust clean near the top by the ceilings. There was some buildup on the walls that needs to be tidied up. Also it was a pitty that the restaurant on site is no longer operating that would have been a nice touch for dinner some nights. A heads-up that it was no longer operating would have been appreciated but it wasn't a major issue.

The pool is amazing, the best I've seen in a hotel this size. it's possible to swim all around the hotel, with all rooms having a direct access to the pool. The room was large and the bed was wide and comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The location is a bit off center, not a problem for us as we had a car. Some parts of the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Room was good enough with a separate bed given for the child I booked for. Direct access to pool via a stair one of the cheapest pool access room I found online. Staff was good and courteous, lot of places to eat nearby even a market. Had a shuttle to the beach which was a life saver.

Location is not on the beach requires a transport and food was good but could have been better.

Hotel staff had noisy party til almost 11pm without warning guests. The party was for the hotel staff... Rooms are tired and definitely need updating. Wifi is useless. In 2024 hotels should do better. Wifi is cheap. Breakfast - abysmal. cold eggs. ham floating in water, cold items that should be hot. Not acceptable. TV is pointless - i know we are on holiday but it would be nice to have a couple of sport channels or something for tourists, who come to stay...

The pool was great and it was in a really good location to be away from the main strip.

The hotel could do with some works, there were parts that were in need of repair and mould in the bathroom. There were parts of the pool and surrounding area that could also benefit from repairs.

We took a pool access room, the price is very attractive and staff is super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the beach is very convenient although it could be more frequent. Would come back any time :)

We got a 10% discount voucher for a restaurant in Ao Nang (that's the first stop of the free shuttle), as we just arrived and were hungry we decided to go there but were not really impressed, there are much better options in the town.

Nice location, you have individual entry to the pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I wanted to extend our stay at the hotel for a few more days, but we decided to leave because of the rude receptionist with very negative energies that she transmits to the customers. which is not suitable at all to provide service to humans, and certainly not to host guests in a hotel. And also other guests who were at the hotel told us that every time they enter and leave the hotel the negative look of the receptionist makes them sad. I would definitely recommend the hotel manager to let good employees be at the hotel's reception, because it is definitely a good hotel, and it's a shame that this woman destroys the positive atmosphere, and causes great financial damage to the hotel

Super hotel propre. Grande chambre, grand lit très confortable. Piscine immense et au pied des chambre. Quelques restaurants autour.

Nous avons réservé une 1ère nuit. Puis, décidant de rester nous en réservons une seconde. Pensant rester dans le même chambre nous allons régler à la réception. Là, surprise, on nous fait changer de chambre. J'ai beau insister pour conserver la même rien n'y fait. Nous avons du transférer tous nos bagages Dans le bâtiment en face sans la moindre aide du personnel. Incompétence ou bêtise???

Frühstück schlecht bis Mangelhaft die Urlauber laut und er wurde für diese auch noch im Innenhof ein riesiges Büfett mit lauter Musik aufgebaut das die anderen Urlauber extrem belästigt wurden.wir haben das Hotel nach einem Tag verlassen anstatt nach 17 Tagen so wohl haben wir uns gefühlt.

Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Frühstück auch gut. Personal sehr nett. Sehr großes Zimmer und Bad, bequemes Bett

Lage nicht gut. Ohne Shuttle Service wäre es eine Katastrophe gewesen. Liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg. Weit ab vom Schuss und außer den Pool genießen kann man tagsüber nicht viel machen. Da gibt es deutlich besser gelegenere Hotels. Für den Preis war es auch kein Schnäppchen. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müssten vielen Dinge erneuert werden. Oberflächig ist es sauber - man darf aber allerdings nicht so genau in die Ecken schauen.
