My 1 Week Stay

I like that every room has pool access and it was a very beautiful view in the morning. Breakfast had a wide variety and I loved the live egg station!! Rooms had like hair dryer beside the dressing area I love the hair dryer works well n very powerful!! They provide like 2 pairs of slippers too. They do have like a mini station at the concerige selling beers and drinks ice cream Toiletries etc. So you can just pay to the staff at the front. They do offer like free shuttle service for the nearby beaches at specific timing!! ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS!! Staffs were very friendly and helpful!

I would say maybe the location, theres this place beside the hotel selling good food very just like 4 mins walk from the hotel named "ZAMA' you should try that! But convenience wise, to 7 11 or like shops nearby it's a distance but it's also quite dark after certain timing and at night SUPER HARD to get food delivered to your hotel through grab/foodpanda and room service ends at 630pm. My room personally was not very well lit I felt it's a bit dimmed. There were left over drinks from the previous guests in the mini fridge ( but staffs cleared it ASAP once I informed them) I am very particular abt the toilet Wherever I go, that my only issue always (it's a me thing sorry) ,, but the toilets were clean but the lights again on the dim side. Seemed abit creepy if you're staying alone. But if you're travelling as a group or with people then shouldn't be an issue. Tv, it's not a smart tv like the current times, u can still watch your own shows w hdmi cable but ofc pls check if the hdmi side is working in the tv. The tv is full of their local channels so it's nothing much to watch that's the down side. Lucky for myself I had my laptop with me so i didn't switch on the tv much. Other than these I think the hotel was good not too bad for the price we paid and totally loved teh pool access!! Beds were super comfy I slept like a baby !! I will recommend this hotel to you if you are okay with the above stated pointers! Thank you for the stay

My wife and I wanted to extend our stay at the hotel for a few more days, but we decided to leave because of the rude receptionist with very negative energies that she transmits to the customers. which is not suitable at all to provide service to humans, and certainly not to host guests in a hotel. And also other guests who were at the hotel told us that every time they enter and leave the hotel the negative look of the receptionist makes them sad. I would definitely recommend the hotel manager to let good employees be at the hotel's reception, because it is definitely a good hotel, and it's a shame that this woman destroys the positive atmosphere, and causes great financial damage to the hotel

Exceptional

We took a pool access room, the price is very attractive and staff is super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the beach is very convenient although it could be more frequent. Would come back any time :)

We got a 10% discount voucher for a restaurant in Ao Nang (that's the first stop of the free shuttle), as we just arrived and were hungry we decided to go there but were not really impressed, there are much better options in the town.

Overall, im fully satisfied and would like to stay here again in the next visit to krabi.

I like the design of the room and pool. Easy to excess to pool.

Not soundproof. Able to hear people snoring from next room and hear footstep from upper room.

dissapointing stay. A hotel that should do better based on ratings. Should be no more then 3 star

Location is pretty good. Staff friendly. Comfortable.

Hotel staff had noisy party til almost 11pm without warning guests. The party was for the hotel staff... Rooms are tired and definitely need updating. Wifi is useless. In 2024 hotels should do better. Wifi is cheap. Breakfast - abysmal. cold eggs. ham floating in water, cold items that should be hot. Not acceptable. TV is pointless - i know we are on holiday but it would be nice to have a couple of sport channels or something for tourists, who come to stay...

Amazing Stay Highly Recommend

The staff went over and above to make every aspect of our stay comfortable and lovely. Ping at the front desk is amazing and nothing was too much trouble, she is the best! There is a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach, the Landmark Night Market, and a few other stops every 3 or so hours and that makes getting to and from the hotel pretty painless. The rooms are very sizeable and comfortable. The biggest highlight is definitely the pool. All rooms have direct access to the pool. The downstairs rooms have built-in seating in the pool and are definitely worth the little bit extra for a downstairs room.

The only small issue I could point to would be that the bathrooms could have used a bit of a more robust clean near the top by the ceilings. There was some buildup on the walls that needs to be tidied up. Also it was a pitty that the restaurant on site is no longer operating that would have been a nice touch for dinner some nights. A heads-up that it was no longer operating would have been appreciated but it wasn't a major issue.

Really amazing stay!

Absolutely amazing pool and rooms, the beds are really comfortable and everything is clean! Really amazing.

The shower only has warm water, not hot water and it doesn’t come that much water out of it.

Not a bad little stay

-Large room with large bathroom -Pool was great..nice and big, access from room -Fitness room was sufficient -Shuttle bus to town -Tours organised from reception

-Upon arrival, safety box not working, shower head broken, door didn't lock. Fortunately all issues were fixed promptly after calling reception -Our room on ground level could hear the room above us. Talking, sliding of chairs, and opening/closing of doors were heard clearly at night

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel with nice spacious rooms, clean and great pool. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is verious enough.

Location is a bit out of the way, make sure you have a motorbike or car. No shops very close to the hotel (7/11 about 800m away). Koffie shop in the front of the hotel is closed, being refurbished.

Good location but needs some doing up.

The pool was great and it was in a really good location to be away from the main strip.

The hotel could do with some works, there were parts that were in need of repair and mould in the bathroom. There were parts of the pool and surrounding area that could also benefit from repairs.

Very Good

Everything was fine. Breakfast good and varied. Staff pleasant and helpful. Super room service and surprisingly cheap for us. The rooms are stylish, spacious and cozy. Comfortable beds and the entrance to the pool directly from the terrace of each room was great. In the evening, the hotel was beautifully lit up in a romantic way, the hotel environment was simply pleasant. ... For the given price, I can definitely recommend it.

The location is a bit further from the center, which we knew in advance. (drop-offs to the beach during the day are fine)

Great pool just outside your door.

My family loved the pool being right outside our room. The staff were lovely. The rooms had some wear and tear but nicely laid out, spacious, clean and a comfy bed. While its quite a way from the beach the shuttle bus was super handy to visit different spots.

Comfortable hotel with an amazing pool

The pool is amazing, the best I've seen in a hotel this size. it's possible to swim all around the hotel, with all rooms having a direct access to the pool. The room was large and the bed was wide and comfortable. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The location is a bit off center, not a problem for us as we had a car. Some parts of the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Very Good

Room was good enough with a separate bed given for the child I booked for. Direct access to pool via a stair one of the cheapest pool access room I found online. Staff was good and courteous, lot of places to eat nearby even a market. Had a shuttle to the beach which was a life saver.

Location is not on the beach requires a transport and food was good but could have been better.
